How can I change Dinks (players) depth dot and hardbox?
I tried to modify the Dink.ini lines, where dinks
graphics are loaded, but it doesn't seem to work. Are they predefined in some other place or what I'm doing wrong?

You can change the hardbox and depth dot in (Win)DinkEdit. In DinkEdit you go to the spriteselection screen and press "E" on the frame you want to edit. I don't remember how it is done in WinDinkEdit...

Depth dot and hard box are also redefined on arming/disarming the sword. So you need to change it in the dink.ini and the various weapon scripts
