The Dink Network

I have searched a lot for this frog, but I don't find. I tried in a Black Door or something, but I don't know what I have to do in this two frogs. Please , someone help me.

NOTE: I already tried the walktrough at Dink Solutions and an another site called Dink City.

Big Frog? That's new to me... where are you? Which land? And what has happened just before the quest for the big frog?

Well, I don't really know if is a Big Frog, but is a frog you need to desactivate. I am in the Destroyed World, I already cured Skard. But I don't know where I can find that frog and how I may desactvate he.

Find any frog bot on a screen by itself and then talk to Skard.
