Dear god, I haven't been in here for years (Literally). It took me a couple of minutes to rack my brain trying to remember all my past nicknames I've used over the years I don't even think there was a forum back then, only some sort of guestbook thing..

Um, anyway.

Ever since I tried the Dink Smallwood demo out, I've been a devoted fan. No game has ever had me laughing and grinning as much as Dink's straightforward, witty quips and sarcastic attitude. Unfortunately, I could never find a copy of the original game, so I was quite ecstatic to find it on one of the demo CDs of PCGamer some years ago.

I've also been a devoted fan of speedruns and speeddemos ever since the first time I saw one. I've always enjoyed watching people play and show what they can do, and most of them are highly entertaining to watch.

Well, where I'm trying to get to is, I've always been interested in making a speedrun, and the game I think I have the best chances of actually pulling one off is with Dink Smallwood. I've tried searching the forums to see if anyone has come up with the same idea before me, but it seemed to be all in vain. If I indeed managed to miss it, I'd much appreciate if someone could point me towards such a topic or blog, or what have you.

Just thought I'd ask for your opinion, for it is your, the fans and fanatics of Dink Smallwood, opinions that matters. I'd love to give this a try, as I think it's a good way to show my great appreciation towards everyone who has ever been involved in some way with this small masterpiece of a game.
