Ha that reminds me of the chicken we used to have called Tadpole (because she liked to stand in the edge of the pond, eating them). We had another chicken called Schnitzel.
Cats are weird aren't they.
We used to have one called Chess (short for Cheshire), a fat old thing that was named after the Cheshire Cat for his ability to teleport around the house without seeming to move a muscle. Everyone said "oh Chess, because he's black and white, right?" and we'd never even thought of that
Another time we visited the local cat rescue place to look at all the fluffy kittens, and of course came away with a mangy scrawny vicious creature who took ages to trust anyone. We called him Yeti because he was white and he always crouched at the top of the staircase, hissing and swiping at the ankles of everyone who passed.
Anyways...
Pretty much the same going on here, just everything's moved on a bit (except the D-Mod of course). Three young boys and an ever busier job puts paid to that.
I've also got much more into mountain biking, coinciding nicely with having much less time and money, ho hum. Building up a decent bike - more than a year in and so far I have the frame and £30 in the pot lol.
