The only message about gambling that is part of this dmod is that it is a bad idea in general. As for the "pony" on the wall, well... Dink has a lot to say about it.
As for ponies, gold or otherwise, enjoy! The name of the gambling establishment in question is the "GOLDEN PONY CASINO", so of course, it has "a giant glittering pony" as part of the usual subtle, tasteful and understated decor that is typical of all casinos.
