Yes, the bugs with the engine are exclusive to one dmod.
However, I can see why you would think that since I come across the rarest glitches in the history of existence and nobody has ever heard of them. But I assure you, it might not blow up your computer. I've tested it thoroughly, and all I have noticed is a blue smoke.
