yeh. actually "Look." is a sentence fragment, you would have to work out a compound sentence, but that would be the same thing only with different punctuation; you know what i mean? but

gives you a choice. you can A. pay 600 bucks or B. die. if you dont pay, you die. get it?

means even if you pay him 600 bucks, he will still kill you. that b*****d.
