Searchable Board - as important as toilet paper

What was life without toilet paper? A bunch of corn cobs thats what... (grumble) For a board that provides answers, searching is an important tool. It helps prevent answering the same question over and over and over and over... It allows one to get an answer right away, instead of posting one you know has been answered numerous times before.... and waiting.... It prevents the endless wading thru myriads of other ranting messages, to find the one you need... ACK!!! it's more important than where to put the smiley options (tho not as simple, I know, would that it be so <sigh>
Alright then, I've gotten this frustration out.
Praise be this board exists at all, so that I have a place at all to post my nonsense

We all understand that there is no search option. Even if the question has already been answered, ask away. Most of us don't mind answering again. ; )
