A friend told me about this twitch stream Salty Bet https://www.twitch.tv/saltybet in which viewers bet on Mugen AI characters fighting each other.
As he was showing me the stream one of the characters was Dink Smallwood! He said there were 2 versions of Dink one was low res or something.
Anyone know who contributed these characters to the Mugen universe? and is that person related to the stream?

Cept The_None (Most Mysterious' brother) updated that character and has a new appearance.
Yeah this is not the character I saw. The character I witnessed was much higher quality art.
