Greatness (in dmod making) like yours is rare and should never fizzle out to nothingness. It has been years since we have had another great SabreTrout dmod.

...or, redirect the the blame for laziness to Arik completely. You know... You really had an ambition to do it, but this was a two-men job, soul-bonding-friendship-almost-brother-like-project, but he turned his back on it, turned his back on the community, and turned his back on you! so, ariktrout sent me over cloud castle 3 as well as a long document (836 pages!!) which contains the rest of what they had planned.

first thing i did was delete that document. not a fragment of that thing was salvageable. i mean, banished monkeynuts? when has banishing/imprisoning a villain ever worked? dink dies to cthilmor? come on. dink has killed tons of dragons. then you play the rest of the game as alyssa? screw that. i won't be havin none of that arrow to shoot arrows bullshit in MY cloud castle triple.

second thing i did was go through and remove 103 scripts. this includes the intro, several monsters and bosses, stores, and cutscenes. none of these were really any good to begin with. i mean, the intro alone was an hour long. and i thought star ocean: the last hope had an excessive intro scene. so i redid the whole thing, including some funny mlp references and characters. it's about 8-10 minutes long depending on how long you take to customize your dink-pony. as a result, all these cutscenes after which i removed have been replaced with complicated scripts with a buncha variables so that your created character is present in them. all the dialogue has been changed to accommodate the dink-pony that stands before npcs. monsters and bosses have been completely redone to be incapable of standing a chance against dink's mighty equestrian magic.

speaking of magic, fireball and hellfire are chump spells. dink can levitate things varying in weight depending on his magic stat and then launch them at enemies like a gravity gun but better. magic beams and rainbow cannons also exist. time magic, too. i think it's pretty good.

the continent of game3 was pretty bland. lotsa varying grass and some swamps and stuff. this wasn't acceptable for a cloud castle installment so all the tiles have been inverted. i will be releasing the tiles shortly as "Skorn's Dark Forest Graphic", "Skorn's Elemental DarkLands", and "Skorn's Evil Swamp Tileset". if you've seen my dark beach, you know exactly what to expect. you're welcome.

i'm bout 99% done. but i'm too busy making short stories to make a short story. so it's gonna be a while.
