Spiffy Dink Desktop is a desktop background featuring Dink hellfiring the head off a duck.

It is pretty small for a desktop image... And the Dink image is poorly ripped from another image.

Nobody has a 523x342 desktop size, that's not even normal--you'd have to create your own desktop size.

The hellfire looked quite nice, but I don't think it's a desktop material due to its size... You should have linked a screenshot before uploading it, to get feedback and advices for improvement.

Worked great on mine, dont see why there would be much of a prob.

The fire was the only thing of interest. Dink was ripped from the DinkEdit loading screen, quite clearly, and the pillbug is absolutely pointless. Looks nothing like Dink casting any spell, let alone Hellfire, on anything, more like some giant fireball hurtling towards Dink while he's suspended in some yellow energy field.

The resolution alone is pretty pitiful as well. No-one likes having an image in Centered mode for their background.
90% fail, 10% good, the only good thing in the image being the fire which you probably ripped from somewhere as well.

I know for a fact he didn't create that fireball on his own. 100% ripped.

I know it's only 500something pixels but I set it as background and didn't think it was all that terrible... I've certainly seen worse

TBH it doesn't look like it took much longer than 30 seconds to make and it is somewhat on the small side, but hey.

Well, the fireball was at least a nice picture, with many pixels, if you steal something it better be good

This is almost good. Almost.

Minus the aliased pixels, tiny resolution and weird half-showing glow around Dink.

It's a nice desktop, I dont know why you dont like it guys. It worked for me!

Sure it works, it just doesn't look that great, especially when you're used to great desktop wallpapers and have a critical eye.
