Whatever you do, DON'T forward that mail to anyone! The mail IS the virus!
That's what they call a hoax virus I think. It's totally harmless, but by forwarding it around, you actually help the "virus" in it's quest; spreading. Those mails should be deleted immediately. You're actually "forwarding" it to us by posting it here, thus helping it reach more audience..

Anyway, I prefer being victim of a hoax rather than of a dangerous virus.
