Stupid Goblin my  Bow is equiped.

I have the bow in the window. I have the Bow lore and he still tells me to come back later. Do I have to fight him? do I need a lot of strenth pr what please hepl me

He also requires you to be a higher level (lv.5?).

There's likely something story wise you haven't done, then. If you're using a walk-thru, you might have gone there too early. Go back to the town and talk to people, maybe?

You don't need to be and higher level, or strenght.

Just go back to town and talk to the Mayor's daughter. Hope that helps.
