OK, I've slapped up my .avi for a trailer to new beginnings, but how can you get it to play inside Dink. I know this is possible as this is what RTSOFT did, when I tried to use their script, it did not work, the loading screen froze and Dink could walk around on it! STRANGE! Come on, please help me. I need this to play inside Dink rather than with MEDIA PLAYER, as you cannot read the text in MEDIA PLAYER as it gets mucked up, therefore I need a FULL screen to play it in. Damn, anyone got any ideas about this?

I tried to use a avi too, a LONG time ago. You need the dinkmovie.exe from the cd and go edit some scripts. It didnt work. Sorry.

Yes, there was a discussion at Mike's forum, and we saw that the original games used an external .exe file, dmovie.exe, that is launched when Dink is launched *without* -nomovie or -game ...

So you can't use it in a DMod, you could only use it by replacing the dink original game... and anyway it would only be an intro movie, played separately from the game (so no additional text either).

You'd have to get it from someone who has the comericial (CD) version of the game.
