So then, the Dink Chat will be hosted this SUNDAY

This Sunday, at 8:00PM

Be there, or go to #dinksmallwood like the ODD people. Yes that includes WC ;( I know that true Dinkers will go to the OFFICIAL Dink chat. Also there's more at the Dink Chat that I will not tell you about untill Sunday.

Anyway, it will be this Sunday, at 8:00PM

What Time Zone might this be? I looked through the logs, and it looks interesting, I'll try to show up.

It's in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

And RedInk, it will be GGGREAT! If you can come along! You will definatly bring other Dinkers with you. You see, if you do something, others will to. They idol you man! Lucky son of a....

British time = GMT

Eastern time = GMT - 5

Central time = GMT - 6

Mountain time = GMT - 7

Pacific time = GMT - 8

That should help. ;)

I guess I'm one of the ODD people. Chat means just that. You don't a list of silly topics that you MUST stick to, and you certainly don't need the very long list of rules both dethlord and yourself impose. If you want to call me ODD for prefering something closer to free speech, and a heck of a lot more fun, feel free ;)

No you can't! Chat is what you make of it, so neither is superior in any sense.

And WC : It's the official chat because that is where the link on the network goes, i guess!

I'll try and come along Jamie! And i've been thinking, it's a bad idea to have 2 chats, as that means there will be less people in each chat.

But i can't stop this new upstart chat, though I don't really agree with it. Mind you, I didn't have to download anything to use the java one...;)

No it doesn't. Many people prefer the java chat, so the new chat can't be completely better than the old one. Likewise, some prefer the new to the old, so that can't be perfect. I sense that good old U.S.A arrogance again!;)
