I believe she meant to say Koka Isle, the island of the giant talking ducks in the original Dink. Or not...
Anyway, if you want to get to Koka, there is a secret path over the water on the beaches south of Windemere. Just try walking over the water where it looks like there could be a path. Sorry if I can't be more specific.
