help needed with ultimate cheat

Sorry to ask for help yet again, I don't know if I am stupid or just unlucky, the former I suspect!

I have downloaded the ultimate cheat and according to the read me I just have to press C to get it to work.  It doesn't.  Have I done something wrong?  :(

unzip the cheat files into the story folder of whatever dmod you are playing. It should work fine then.
