I am sure you are referring to the original dink,
In which case you fight the dragons with your sword, and try your best to save the ladies and kill them before they kill the guy. It is pretty tough this part, but, I finally got thru after consuming a lot of elixers to keep dink alive.
I do not really remember if you can use magic on them, I don't think so, but, try fireball, as I do not think you have access to hellfire yet.
