saving interrupted downloads

Where can I find a download that will stop me from losing what I have already downloaded? Like today I had 80 percent of a 28M and my computer froze. Any help will be appreciated.

You need a download manager such as getright from:

http://www.getright.com/

i like dap and find it easy  to use, then the other download managers.:)
