DMOD problems

I have quite a few DMODS that i have downloaded.   out of about 15 i can only get around 5 to work. i have visited the how to install DMODS numerous times to make sure i had it right. they dont even show up in the dink folder. my extrct to pathways are correct. HELP!   Oh Yeah! How do i get into Jabber?

Sometimes when you unzip, whatever, you name a new directory, well with some games it's a folder that has all the data, and well, it's kind of like folder within folder. The frontend then cannot find the information. So make sure that there is not the folder within folder deal. that happened to me a few times.
