Do you mean what is it? It has three meanings that I can think of. The first meaning is Phoenix is a legendary fire bird from Greek Mythology that can resurrect fallen heroes. The second meaning is city in the United States which is also a capital of a state in Arizona. The third meaning is it is a name of a member of the Dink Network that created a cool Dink C program.
