: Oh,sorry if I dont change the tile screen, but its because in dinkedit the "Tile" apears unavaible, and below it,"Uper". Whats it????
: My windows (95,if its the problem)is lower???
: Or my computer slow?? THanks
Hehe, that doesn't mean a thing. It's always like that. I think the suggestion is that it's MORE than a tile editer, not that it's isn't a tile editor. "Uber" (not Uper) means super.
: : I don't mean to discourage you, but I think your plan might be a little
: : ambitious for a first d-mod. Not that you couldnt do a huge d-mod for your first
: : project, but it will take a long time (or be lame if you dont spend the time) and you may
: : have to go back and correct little mistakes you made when you were still learning. I think
: : you should make something smaller like "Dink and the Pirate Cave" or whatever. But dont think its a waste of time, small d-mods can still be lots of fun.
: Yeah,you probably have a good point.
: Then I will start with a small DMOD.
: (The 6 screens will stay there until I have more experience in making DMODS)

Tile screen? What is that exactly? Do you mean title screen? If so, that's not changed in DinkEdit, but with scripts. (Look for start*.c)

A Tile screen is a screen where you can choose a tile to stamp in your D-Mod (it's done in DinkEdit). To see a tileset (each Tile screen shows a tileset), go to the editor, then to a screen like in Dink, then press 1,2,3 etc. (and you can also hold CTRL, ALT or SHIFT and ALT + ~ for more). Choose a tile and press Enter. You can now stamp that tile with S (you can use C to copy a tile that's already on the screen).
