are you using the second or third quadrant? sometimes a sector can get modularized and therefore trick your system into thinking that it is not global, and you will end up just downloaded random files off of your own harddrive. try checking the runtime settings of your ISP , this could totally screw it up. it seems dethlord forgot to upgrade his status reports so i cant look for myself what the accual problem is.

Are you using netscape or IE. I know for sure that if you are using IE, it's not an error. But for some reason if you can't get to my site, here is the alternate link below. I hope that helps! ;)
