config. graphics...
In dink.ini the load graphics command is followed by a bunch of numbers. What do they mean? e.g.:

load_sequence graphics\inside\details\fire- 86 75 22 48 -24 -15 25 6;

"86" Is the seq. #, I think "6" is the number of frames in anim. but what about 75 22 48 -24 -15 and 25?

Gary Hertel made a tutorial on this. Go see the link. :)

Yes, 86 is the sequence number, 75 is the speed at which the animation is run (lower numbers go faster)...the other numbers are info on specific depthbox and hardbox coordinates.

And there's no need to worry about setting the depthdot and hardbox stuff manually. You just leave that and the and speed out, set the dot and box in DinkEdit for one frame, go back to dink.ini enter, th speed and copy the last 6 numbers from the newly created set sprite info command (which can then be deleted).

set those for one frame and then

Thanks
I just made a graphics set for a torch on the stone walls. Knowing all the config. numbers helped. I did just use the speed (75) then left the rest, and it looks good. (anyone need a copy?)
