html again

why does "http://dink.telefragged.com/cgi-bin/board" allways come before my (picture) link if i make it with html codes here? example:

i write (this is without tags to avoid that it just becomes html)

img src="http://www.rtsoft.com/picture.gif"

when i watch the properties of the picture on the board the adress is like this:

http://dink.telefragged.com/cgi-bin/board/"http://www.rtsoft.com/picture.gif"

and the picture does not appear. i have noticed that when i use the "pic link" box the picture appears right, but in the source code i cant see any difference. does anybody know why, or how to make picture links here, without using the "pic link" box?

Don' use bloody quotes and it'll work fine.
