stone of balance maze...again

are you sure that there is no map for the maze, like the guy in the healing shop says? i really can't find my way around enough not to die, but then again, i don't want to get the "ultimate cheat". please help, thanks!

There is no map for the small maze. But if you were asking about the big maze, then it has one. If I did remember correctly, it is in the screen next to the northeastern screen of the small maze. You killed a bunch of slims there and go to the next screen to the left. You can find a chest of 500 gold, BUT you can also see a pot there. Talk to it...

If you were talking about the small maze--- here is a suggestion. Draw a map yourself. There is only 12 screens. You should be able to do it by dying a few times. :)

thanks for the help, i was talking about the large maze, but how do you get the heart containers on the mud?

There's a couple of places in the maze that you can go on the mud. Can't say anything else.
