FIAT: Rocks On Rife - HELP!

I got the guy in the house to drop the two big rocks by the water on Rife (after I put out the fire).  However, they're just sitting on the side of the water.  I tried hitting them with the super fist and the 3 different elemental magics I have, but nothing worked.  :(  What do I do???

Ask someone on Rife to help....
