Hmm, not sure what you mean by 7th level, but I assume you are referring to the town where all the people are starving (Windemere?). There is an area where there is a bunch of ducks surrounded by rocks. On the north side of this screen is a rock with a crack it in. Place a bomb near it and it'll blow up. Hope this helps...
