In one of the houses in the basement is a "maiden in distress, she tells you a place on camera bases to hit .scope out all camera locations though , 'cause it a race.

well there's no trick to that
just know where all the cameras are and have a strategy to go about
it will take time so better save it before trying it out

i make it when i first take the camera near cass' house, then go south and counterclockwise around the city. then i go to the farm in the west. when i am finished i have 2 seconds left
