FIAT: Tunnel on Rife

I can't find the tunnel on Rife.  Which house is it in?  I have buttstomped in every house.  I have tried to talk to everything and taken a swing at everything.  Also, am I supposed to be able to do something with the little girl's head that is outside one of the houses or is that just for show?  One more thing, should I have an axe by now?  I have learned axe luck, but have no axe.  Where did I miss it at?  TIA!

One of the beds has an odd blood trail leading up to it... hmm... I wonder if Dink could push it :)
