Cheats menu doesn't show

I think I read someplace that I'm not the only person who had no Escape cheats menu?  I'm running Dink v1.07 (I think the 2nd beta RTSoft put out, maybe the 3rd beta) on Win98.  I can't see that those are unusual conditions, but, well... Is there another way to access the hidden games, etc. that I've unlocked?  (I refuse to consider it "cheating" to work my way around pesky bugs that live in my favourite games!)

Uh, you do know that the "Cheat" menu is only accessible once you've defeated FIAT, right?
