getting into odvi's town

in my earlier message, i meant that i had FOUND the town, but couldn't get into it. the ghost guy told me to find the pendant, but i have no idea where to proceed. any help would be appreciated!

there is a rock you need to meet then go in a house and dance

did you have found the blue arrow? in the opposite direction it is pointing, is a huge white rock, thorw it from down to up and enter the cave... there it is.
