town in odvi?

how do i get to it? i followed the arrow and ended up by the river by the rock. tried to push the rock, chop down the tree, etc. but no use. tried to push the rock below the blocked stairs on the other side of odvi. again, no luck. any suggestions?

Go the opposite way of the arrow.

no luck. i went the opposite direction of the arrow, i pushed on the rock, walked up through the brambles and nothing was there. wandered all around the arrow, to no avail.

you can push the rock, but you have to be standing correctly to do it, also, I'm not sure if you can push it with weapons or not, so try it with your fists.
