I do not think the story can advance if you do this. You are supposed to "die" when the minion first comes on rife.

Ya i didn't like that....i fought it with magic and didn't get hit for like 30 mins...then i decided i'd just give up because he wasn't going to die... dunno...i think that he should cast a spell on you after a minute or something, because some people are just so good they don't get hit by enemies ;)

I agree. I worked on that guy for a long long time. I just couldn't believe that he couldn't be beat. After almost 40 minutes, I decided I'd have to use a cheat to kill him but he still wouldn't die with 150 hit points per blast. I finally just let him walk all over me and died just to get it over with and re-load a saved game. When I saw the cut scene and realised that I was suppose to die, well lets just say that Mr Redink1 was not a popular fella and my vocabulary grew toward the less savory parts of the English language. I wouldn't be surprised if he burnt in hell for that one ;) SK
