: If they're npcs, they need to have brain 16 and have base_walk set to their seq #, base_walk will always be a number divisable by ten, for example 340.
: If they're foes they should have brain 9 (diagonal walking) or brain 10 (no diagonals) and should also have their base_walk set as above.
: One last thing, for either type (npc or foe) make sure the hardness is set to 1 and not 0.
