I just redownloaded Fiat again now that there's a walkthrough, but do I need patches? The one listed under the mirror list can't be acessed. So what should I do?

Yeah, the latest patch (which includes all previous patches) fixes a ton of bugs. I was messing with the links for an hour or so earlier today... the patch is now accessable again, and you can get it from the link below.
