EOT- tunnel help

I'm in the tunnel, got the code from a note, entered the building. now what? nothing i have in inventory will destroy the 3 active overrides. How do i disable them?

Bad advice. I blew up Windemere, got sent to prison by King Daniel, and the guard there beheaded me and shipped me out to sea. Damn, what a mess.
