What exactly does green blood do and how do you use it?

How do the manna potions work?

I got the beer lore and ax lore but where do i find ax luck?  Thanks.

To use green blood, first beat the game.  Then it will be under the cheats option in the save menu.  It is a decently cool bit of eyecandy.
