Is this the end of Fiat?

I just defeated the red demon for the second time. Now what? Is the game over?

Also, when I went into one of the dead houses, in the upstairs area I was asked what i wanted to do:

1. start round 2 with full life

2. start over

3. leave

i left. i wasn't sure if i'd lose my game or what. can anyone explain this. thanks.

What red demon? What does it look like? (wondering if in fact it was Fiat)

Bizzare... This is not supposed to happen and you have not defeated the game. Try playing from an earlier save without cheats?
