HOW should I rename key-67.d (or .c?) in order to suit fiat, and what key will it be referred to?

You can probably rename it KEY-68.d

That would assign it to the D key, which is not used by FIAT.

Ah, but it is used by FIAT. A secret, perhaps you haven't found it, uses F12 to display info during gameplay.
