You must have the Hammer of Truth to get the Jewel from the Queen.
Stone of Tears? Are they your tears of joy or frustration ;)

haha, sorry bout that. that is actually the title of a book by Terry Goodkind that i just read. i really did mean stone of balance :-)

You can only get the wine once you have gotten the skull from the drunk in the bar. Not fair, I know, but hey... since when is life fair.
To get the skull. Talk to the big pig to find out how to win the Drunk's guessing game.
Give the skull to the goblin in the cave at the north of the land (East of the Dragon's cave) and he will give you the hammer of truth. Now go back to the girl squashing grapes and she will give you the wine. Give the wine to the magic ring in the middle of the forest and you get hellfire magic.

You have to play the guessing game once, then talk to the pig farmer then the big pig. You may be able to skip talking to the pig farmer. But he does give a clue when he says a pig is smater than you think.
You have to give the pig six green mushrooms before he will tell you the answer to the drunks guessing game.
