Are you supposed to accumate gold?? Just curious how you might get that sword.  I have only just started and have crossed the bridge after killing the crit in the cave :)

Uh, can ya tell us what D-mod you are referring too? Maybe FIAT or EOT?...then i can tell ya the answer....

I see you mean the original. Yes, go back to the hut, you get a fireball spell and 200 gold. Then, sometimes when you kill things, they give you gold....sorry for the misunderstanding!
