bow luck?

Did anyone find bow luck ?

I got bow and axe lore as indicated by fsc.

I got axe luck by keeping my promise....

But the book shelf in the wizard's house just says that bow luck is rare, and few people ever get it. Seems I'm not one of them... :(

theres a place that has a pole on a island that is in water hit with different weapons you get differents things
