Easiest design program to use for d-mods

Ok, basic question, what program would be easiest

to use for someone with close to no graphics program experience?  That being said... I do

have Paint shop pro, photo shop, 3dsmax, and gmax.

I want something I can do my drawings in, easily convert and fairly simple to use.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Well, I guess it depends on what you want to make. For mosnters/animated NPCs. I guess it almost has too be 3DSM (out of what you have) trees, people that stand still, buildings, spell efects, etc, you can use one of the first two programs. I would think that one of the 2D paining progams would be eaiser. Of the two, PSP is somewhat simpler so that might be better to start with.
