fiat--anti cheat?

in odvi i cant seem to find the pendent

i even pushed a rock and went underground to emrge in a place with nowhere to go but i dint find a pendent.i just used ultimate cheat for the first time here in odvi by changing it to key d

is it because of this that nothing seems to work

I don't think so, I use the ultimate cheat to restore my health (too lazy to keep running back to the well ya know lol) all the time and it doesn't seem to be a problem.  When you pushed the rock and  went down the hole, did you go thru a tunnel and come out another hole and then find a town?  If you did, then upstairs in one of the houses a guy should make you dance for the pendant.
