need help on tware

I am at the part where i get through the guard to the place at tware where everythings sunk in and it just like a maze ive been every where on this thing and I cant get to the water elemental thingy on that little island theres no bridge or anything do I hve to do something first to get over to it???;(

I tell you the clue.You need a duck whistle from a magician in rai.But the magician will come only when you buy a bow in tware.:).I hope i havent spoiled your mood

When you'r at the shore facing the island, just wade across.

ok I got accross but this little statue is blocking the way in to the little castle type of thing to get to the transport thing, how do I move it??/

The bookshelf in the house just inside the maze has a clue.
