i AM ON THE SECOND WIZARD ISLAND AND i DONT KNOW HOW TO GET THE BOOTS TO GET PAST THOSE STRONG WINDS I READ SOMETHING WHERE SOMEONE SAID YOU HAVE TO BUTT STOMP A FLOOR BUT IS THAT TO GET THE FLY POWER OR TO GET THE BOOTS HELP i AM VER VERY STUCK!!! ;(

Step one, take off caps-lock. I especialy love the lower-case i's. Step two, find the house with the guy that sells the herb boots. He'll tell you how to get them.

You can get past without the boots. I did it now I just got to make my Butt Stomp work again so I can get somewhere. If you don't get the boots you just have to go straight in to the wind until you reach the other side. Could somebody tell me what's wrong when you can't Butt Stomp on the B tangent or any other.
