charlie's house

u know that house in terris...? u walk into it and there is a sign that says like "house for sale contact charlie for more information." ...ummm then dink says "i wonder who charlie is." does this house have any significance in the game or is it something really, really random???

There isn't any relevance to it; you can't buy the house.  It is believed that at one time you would be able to buy it, but the creators decided to drop that idea for some reason (probably time constraints).
