OK, I'm at the temple where the stupid thing is, so how do I get in?  Iv'e asked everyone in Rai, Drognu, and Tware for a clue, or device, with no luck.  I even tried a bomb.  Nada.  Help!!!!!!

In order to get duck whistle in rai he must have buy a bow first in tware from one of the magician then only the magician will come in rai at the place where there are some arrows with a pole.Hope that helps.It is needed to enter.
