put have hyper shoes on and wreck a barrel. if something is inside, punch it again real fast. if you do it at the right time you will get duplicate items.

yeah it does. you need to have hyper shoes, and you need to punch one right after another when the barrel breaks. you will know you did it at the right time if you hear the barrel break twice, and if the thing inside has a sequence, you can see that there are two items there as well. this is very helpfull if the barrel has a life increasing heart or potion inside.
